Fall is approaching the island! School’s in session, temperatures are cooler and fall colors are starting to pop.

We’ve adjusted our fall hours to better serve our residents and guests. The Center is open from 7:00am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday and 7:00am – 9:00 pm Saturday. Stop in for a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich, enjoy the Harbor view and watch the Emerald Isle leave for it’s morning journey to Charlevoix. Our new breakfast menu includes cinnamon rolls, donuts, and breakfast burritos and sandwiches.

Movies are playing! Catch a matinee at 4:00pm or come in on a chilly Saturday night to watch a movie at 7:00pm.

Our 2020 raffle tickets are still on sale. Buy a ticket and win a 2020 Tracker boat! Raffle tickets are for sale at the front desk or online at https://store.biccenter.org/product/2020-raffle-tickets/. The drawing takes place on November 30th at the Shamrock Bar and Restaurant.

Our first online auction and commemorative plates were a success. Many thanks to all of our auction donors, supporters and committee members for your contributions to our auction. With your support we’ve raised over $30,000! Some popular items are still available on our store website for donation, plus check it out for Beaver Island items for your holiday shopping list.

We’re planning for the future! Dave Bennet is June 26, 2021, RFD Boys will be in August and the CMU Summer Theater is Friday, July 2nd and Saturday, July 3rd, 2021. WVBI has all the latest island news, weather and COVID-19 information.
