It is with great regret that we let you know of the passing of our dear friend and supporter Charlie Creasser. We are all saddened by the news, and our community’s loss of a good colleague and friend. Charlie and his wife Carol were down in South Bend with their children for the holidays when he passed away. Charlie will be sorely missed by many on the Island–his extraordinary talent as a craftsman and woodworker, and his feisty character will be long remembered. His generosity to PABI and the Beaver Island Community Center will be forever appreciated. Charlie and Carol had great love and respect for one another over their 50+ years of marriage–and Carol will need our support in the weeks and months to come.
