The 2018 Ice Classic is on!
The Ice Classic Tower is freshly painted and in place on Paradise Bay. So, now’s your chance to have some fun and help support both the BIC Center and WVBI by entering the 2018 Ice Classic. All you need to do to win is predict the date and time this spring that the Ice Classic Tower will fall through the ice.
Tickets to enter your carefully researched and scientifically supported prediction (or your guess) are just $5 each or six (yes, six) for $20. Your research can begin with having a look at the record of past winners. Click on the button at the bottom of this post for that info. The rest of your prediction planning we leave to you. You must get your completed ticket in by March 21 at 5:00 p.m. Entries may be made by U.S. Mail to the BIC Center or you may hand your completed ticket to any PABI board member or to any BIC Center staff member while at the BIC Center.

What’s at the BIC Center?
The Welcome Center
The front room of our first floor is a Welcome Center. It is a great place to get information, grab a snack, connect to Wi-Fi and kick off your island adventure. It’s also home to the office of the Island’s Chamber of Commerce.
BIC Center Theater
The BIC Center Theater is the premier performance space on the island hosting music of all genres, dance, theater productions, movies, seminars and community meetings. Check here for complete information on upcoming events.
The Hangout
Our Hangout upstairs offers an informal gathering place for meetings, reading, pool, board games, video games, TV, using our community PCs and printer, and … just hanging out. Also there are studios for the community’s radio station…our very own WVBI-The Voice of Beaver Island.
